Description
Gabbeh carpets, whose name means “raw” in Farsi, have become popular since the 1990s. They offer a more relaxed alternative to traditional Persian carpets and go well with folk-inspired interiors. These rugs have a thick pile, diverse colours and striking geometric patterns, often featuring abstract or representational motifs such as animals or people. Made from wool, and sometimes cotton, their sizes range from small mats to large rugs, ideal for any room in the house.
