Description
Loom Lori carpets, hand-woven in India, are known for their Gabbeh collection, whose name means “raw” in Farsi. Since the early 1990s, they have grown in popularity as a relaxed, folk-inspired alternative to traditional Persian carpets. Gabbeh carpets are characterised by their thick, luxurious pile, wide range of colours and bold, geometric patterns. These patterns can be abstract or representational, often depicting animals or people. Made primarily from wool, Gabbehs can also be made from cotton or other materials. They are available in a variety of sizes, from small mats to large rugs, and are suitable for any room in the home. With their rustic aesthetic and versatility, Gabbeh rugs are an asset to any interior design.
