Description
Gabbeh rugs, hand-knotted in Iran and India, are known for their simple, rustic style, translated as “raw” in Farsi. Popular since the 1990s as a more relaxed alternative to more formal Persian rugs, they offer a thick, luxurious pile, diverse colours and cool geometric or animal motifs, abstract or representational. Mostly made of wool, they vary in size from small mats to large rugs and fit into any room in the home.
