Description
Loom Lori carpets, hand-woven in India, include the popular Gabbeh carpets, whose name means “raw” in Farsi. Since the early 1990s, they have been a relaxed, folk alternative to traditional Persian carpets. Gabbehs captivate with their thick, luxurious pile, diverse colours and bold geometric patterns, either abstract or featuring motifs such as animals or people. Made from wool, occasionally cotton or other materials, they vary in size from small mats to large rugs and fit into any room. These rugs combine craftsmanship with charming design and complement both modern and traditional interior styles by exuding rugged beauty and cultural depth.
