Description
This carpet is one of the traditional village and nomadic carpets from Iran. These carpets are woven in smaller towns and villages, as well as by nomads in the open air, according to centuries-old craft traditions. Carpets such as those from Shiraz and Ghashghai are made without a template, directly from memory. They are known for their linear and geometric patterns, which reflect their cultural origins. These handmade carpets are characterised by their unique aesthetics and embody the historical heritage of ancient Persia. Their distinctive design and authentic craftsmanship give them a special charm and make them significant works of art in Persian culture.
