Description
This carpet is one of the village and nomadic carpets from Iran that are hand-knotted by nomads in small towns, villages and even in the open air. Carpets such as those from Shiraz and Ghashghai are created without a template, directly from the knotters’ minds, and are characterised by linear and geometric patterns. This tradition preserves ancient craftsmanship and conveys the unique character of ancient Persia. The carpets are an expression of a deeply rooted cultural history and reflect the authenticity and creativity of their creators. Their special manufacturing method and unique design make them valuable testimonies to cultural heritage and artistic accents in any room.
