Description
The term “Gabbeh” means “raw” in Persian and describes rustic carpets that have become increasingly popular since the 1990s. They offer a relaxed alternative to traditional Persian carpets and are characterised by a thick, luxurious pile, diverse colours and bold geometric patterns. Gabbeh carpets are usually made of wool, but can also be made of cotton or other materials. Their size varies from small mats to large carpets and fits into any room in the house.
