Description
Gabbeh, which means “raw” in Farsi, are rustic rugs that have become increasingly popular since the 1990s as a more relaxed, folk-inspired alternative to traditional Persian rugs. They have a thick, luxurious pile, diverse colours and bold geometric patterns. These rugs often feature abstract or figurative designs with animals or people and are usually made of wool, sometimes cotton or other materials. From small mats to large rugs, they can be used in any room.
