Description
Gabbeh rugs, which means “raw” in Farsi, have been popular since the early 1990s. They offer a relaxed alternative to traditional Persian rugs and are known for their thick, luxurious wool, diverse colours and bold geometric patterns. Often abstract or figurative in design, they frequently depict animals or people. Gabbehs are usually made of wool, but cotton and other materials are also used. They are available in various sizes and fit well in any room.
