Description
Gabbeh means “raw” in Farsi and describes rustic rugs that have been growing in popularity since the 1990s. They offer a more relaxed alternative to traditional Persian rugs with thick pile, many colours and bold, geometric patterns. Gabbehs often feature abstract or representational motifs and are made of wool or other materials, in sizes ranging from mats to large rugs suitable for any room.
