Description
Gabbeh means “raw” in Farsi and describes rustic carpets that have been growing in popularity since the early 1990s. They offer a more relaxed alternative to traditional Persian carpets, with thick pile, diverse colours and bold patterns, often abstract or featuring animals/people. Gabbehs are usually made of wool, sometimes cotton, and vary in size to suit any room in the house.
