Description
Gabbeh rugs, whose name means “raw” in Farsi, have been popular since the early 1990s. They offer a relaxed, folksy alternative to traditional Persian rugs. With a thick, luxurious pile, diverse colours and bold geometric patterns – abstract or figurative with animals or people – they are usually made of wool, sometimes cotton. From small mats to large rugs, they can be used in any room.
