Description
The term “Gabbeh” means “raw” in Persian and describes rustic carpets that have been growing in popularity since the 1990s. They offer a more relaxed alternative to traditional Persian carpets and are characterised by thick pile, many colours and bold patterns, often with abstract or figurative motifs of animals or people.
