Description
Gabbeh rugs, hand-knotted in Iran and India, mean “raw” in Persian and are known for their simple, rustic aesthetic. Growing in popularity since the early 1990s, they offer a more relaxed alternative to traditional Persian rugs. With thick, luxurious pile and a variety of colours, they often feature cool geometric or animal patterns, abstract or representational. Mostly made of wool, they vary in size from small mats to large rugs, suitable for any room in the house.
