Description
Gabbeh rugs, hand-knotted in Iran and India, mean “raw” in Farsi and embody a simple, rustic rug style. Popular since the 1990s as a relaxed alternative to formal Persian rugs, they offer a thick, luxurious pile and a variety of colours. With cool, geometric or animal motifs, abstract or representational, they are mostly made of wool and range from small mats to large rugs, suitable for any room in the house.
