Description
Gabbeh, Farsi for “raw”, have been popular since the early 1990s as a relaxed, folk alternative to traditional Persian carpets. They have a thick pile, diverse colours and bold geometric patterns. They often feature abstract or representational motifs such as animals or people. Mostly made of wool, there are also variants made of cotton or other materials. Gabbeh rugs are available in various sizes and fit into any room in the house.
