Description
Gabbeh rugs, knotted in Iran and India, mean “raw” in Farsi and embody a simple, rustic style. Since the early 1990s, they have gained popularity as a more relaxed alternative to traditional Persian carpets. Characterised by a thick, luxurious pile and a variety of colours, they often feature cool geometric or animal motifs, abstract or representational. Made of wool on wool, they vary in size from small mats to large carpets and fit perfectly into any room in the house.
