Description
Gabbeh rugs, hand-knotted in Iran and India, are rustic rugs with a thick pile and diverse colours. Popular since the early 1990s as a more relaxed alternative to traditional Persian carpets, they feature cool geometric or animal patterns, often abstract or figurative, with frequent depictions of animals or people. Usually made of wool, occasionally cotton or other materials, they are available in various sizes and are suitable for any room in the house.
