Description
Gabbeh, meaning “raw” in Farsi, are rustic rugs that have been popular since the 1990s. They offer a more relaxed, folk-inspired alternative to traditional Persian rugs. They are known for their thick, luxurious pile, diverse colours and bold geometric patterns. The patterns, abstract or figurative with animals or people, show artistic diversity. Mostly made of wool, but also cotton, they fit into any room size and style.
