Description
Gabbeh, which means “raw” in Farsi, is a rustic style of rug that has been popular since the early 1990s. A relaxed alternative to traditional Persian rugs, gabbehs go well with folk-inspired interiors. They have a thick pile, diverse colours and bold geometric patterns with abstract or figurative motifs such as animals or people. Mostly made of wool, they vary in size from small mats to large area rugs, suitable for any area of the home.
