Description
This carpet is one of the traditional village and nomadic carpets from Iran, which are made in smaller towns and villages using ancient craftsmanship. Nomads also weave carpets such as Shiraz and Ghashghai in the open air, without any templates and exclusively from memory. The carpets are known for their linear and geometric patterns, which result from the creative freedom of the weavers. Their cultural and traditional origins give them a unique character that brings ancient Persia to life. These carpets are not only handmade works of art, but also an expression of a deeply rooted cultural heritage that reflects the tradition and history of Iran.
