Description
Loom Lori carpets, hand-woven in India, include the popular Gabbeh carpets, which mean “raw” in Farsi. Since the early 1990s, they have been popular as a more relaxed, folk-inspired alternative to traditional Persian rugs. Gabbehs have a thick, luxurious pile, many colours and bold geometric patterns, either abstract or featuring motifs such as animals or people. Most are made of wool, but some are made of cotton or other materials. Available in various sizes from small mats to large rugs, they fit into any room. These rugs embody craftsmanship and complement modern or traditional interiors with their robust beauty and cultural depth.
