Description
Loom Lori carpets are hand-woven in India and are known for their Gabbeh collection, whose name means “raw” in Farsi. Since the early 1990s, they have been gaining popularity as a relaxed, more folk-inspired alternative to classic Persian carpets. Gabbeh carpets are characterised by their thick, luxurious pile, diverse colour palette and bold geometric patterns. The designs can be abstract or figurative, often featuring depictions of animals or people. Mostly made of wool, there are also variations in cotton or other materials. Sizes range from small mats to large rugs, and they are suitable for any room in the house. These rugs are not only artistic, but also durable and perfect for a cosy, uncomplicated living atmosphere.
