Description
Lori-Baff carpets, hand-knotted in Iran and India, mean “very fine Gabbeh” in Persian and embody a simple, rustic carpet style. Since the 1990s, they have been popular as a relaxed alternative to traditional Persian carpets, which have a formal appearance. They have a thick pile, varied colours and geometric patterns, often with abstract or figurative motifs such as animals or people. Usually made of fine wool, they range from small mats to large carpets and fit into any interior.
