Description
Gabbeh rugs, hand-knotted in Iran and India, mean “raw” in Farsi. They offer a rustic style and have been popular since the early 1990s as a more relaxed alternative to more formal Persian rugs. Gabbehs have a thick, luxurious pile and a variety of colours. Their designs include cool geometric or animal motifs, abstract or representational. Mostly made of wool, they vary in size from small mats to large rugs and fit into any room in the home.
