Description
Gabbeh carpets are knotted in Iran and India. The term “Gabbeh” means “raw” in Persian and describes simple, rustic carpets. Since the 1990s, they have been popular as a more folksy alternative to traditional Persian carpets. They are characterised by their thick pile, diverse colours and geometric and animal motifs. Made of wool, they come in various sizes to suit every room in the house.
