Description
Gabbeh means “raw” in Persian and refers to rustic carpets that have become increasingly popular since the early 1990s. They offer a more relaxed, folksy alternative to traditional Persian rugs and are known for their thick pile, diverse colours and bold geometric patterns. These rugs, made of wool, cotton or other materials, often feature abstract or representational patterns, such as animals or people, and vary in size from small mats to large rugs, ideal for any room in the house.
