Description
Gabbeh, Persian for “raw”, are rustic rugs that have been popular since the 1990s as a relaxed, folk alternative to traditional Persian rugs. They have a thick pile, a variety of colours and bold geometric patterns, often abstract or figurative with animals or people. Mostly made of wool, sometimes cotton, they range in size from small mats to large rugs, suitable for any room in the house.
